Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of reliability experience in pulp and paper or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with predictive maintenance, reliability improvement, and RCFA methodologies.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lubrication, inspection, and condition monitoring programs.
• Lead equipment reliability improvement to increase availability and uptime.
• Reduce maintenance costs through analysis of repetitive failures and predictive data.
• Drive Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and daily technical assistance for reliability issues.
• Support outage planning, project implementation, and contractor management.
• Partner with Maintenance and Production teams to strengthen reliability culture.
