Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of mechanical/reliability experience in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with reliability improvement tools and RCA.
• Basic understanding of lubrication and vibration analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability plans for the mill.
• Promote safety culture and address unsafe conditions.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety excellence with reliability improvements.
• Assist lubrication and vibration technicians with analyses and new tech implementations.
• Analyze targets and equipment costs to identify gaps using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to vet opportunities.
