Reliability Engineer

LaSalle Network is partnered with a leading CPG company headquartered in downtown Chicago to fill a full‑time Reliability Engineer role. The position is hybrid, with work location in Bellwood, IL, and focuses on TPM implementation and continuous improvement strategy across North American plants.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives for implementation and deployment of TPM initiatives across North American plants.
• Train, coach, and communicate TPM initiatives to all levels of plant staff and ensure accurate use.
• Analyze data within Maximo CMMS, Redzone, and Tableau to better support maintenance and operations.
• Continuously identify areas of improvement across plants and build a continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of TPM methodology experience.
• Experience training and coaching plant staff on TPM methodology.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $40–$60/hour.
