Specialty Granules LLC is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Reliability professional to lead safety, environmental and asset reliability efforts. You will design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs and guide a FRACAS-driven team to reduce downtime and boost OEE.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, root-cause analysis, and developing workforce capability to sustain world‑class maintenance standards in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FRACAS process including weekly downtime reporting and monthly FRACAS meetings with action plans for high downtime assets affecting OEE.
