Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing as a reliability engineer.
• Experience managing capital project life cycles.
• Experience in plant electrical projects, equipment installation, and hand-off to operations.

Responsibilities

• Guide reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and control loops.
• Define and refine the preventive and predictive maintenance program.
• Reduce and improve maintenance work to enhance plant productivity.
• Protect and prolong plant assets at the lowest practical cost.
• Provide technical advice to maintenance and plant personnel.
• Relieve maintenance supervisors of engineering-related responsibilities.
• Address day-to-day problems of the maintenance organization.
