You will apply RCA, FMEA, and vibration analysis, collaborating with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability metrics. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and cross-functional coordination in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent heavy industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of reliability experience and RCA familiarity.
• Proficiency with reliability tool sets, RCA, RCM & FMEA, and predictive tech.
• Vibration I Certification and machine health monitoring capability.
• Experience with Work Execution Management and electrical/mechanical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture and policies.
• Partners with internal/external customers for engineered reliability solutions.
• Identifies ROI for equipment replacement and upgrades.
• Applies RCA/RCM methods to reduce failure and improve uptime.
• Collaborates with maintenance teams on predictive and precision maintenance.
• Communicates KPI alignment with leadership.
