Job summary

ATS is seeking a senior reliability engineer to lead maintenance optimization and reliability initiatives. You will apply RCA, FMEA, RCM, and vibration/ultrasound analysis to prevent failures and improve asset performance.

The role requires a ABET-accredited engineering degree and at least five years of reliability experience, with strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent experience.
• Five years of reliability experience.
• Ability to perform full array of reliability tool sets.
• Experience with RCA, RCM & FMEA.
• Proficiency with predictive technology and data analysis.
• Certification in Vibration, Infrared, Ultrasound is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation and technical writing skills.
• Leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability programs and improve asset performance across equipment.
• Perform RCA, FMEA, life-cycle costing and risk analyses.
• Apply RCM, vibration, oil, and ultrasound analysis to predict and prevent failures.
• Train and mentor teams in WEM and reliability best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs.
• Document findings with clear reporting and technical writing.
