Job summary

Alkegen is hiring a maintenance reliability professional for our facility. You will lead maintenance procedures, support capital projects, and act as SME on equipment failures. The role requires a BS in engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of reliability and maintenance systems.

You will work to optimize reliability, conduct field assessments, and participate in root-cause investigations to drive cost-effective improvements. Safety and compliance remain top priorities.

Qualifications

• BS engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience in electrical or mechanical trades is a plus.
• Spare parts identification and ABC categorization.
• Familiar with risk assessment principles.
• Experience with RCA triggers and investigations.
• Knowledge of maintenance information systems (Maximo, SAP, Limble).
• Familiar with Reliability Engineering principles and predictive/ preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develops maintenance procedures and serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review.
• Leads minor capital projects with operations, maintenance and finance for proper commissioning.
• Acts as SME in equipment failures during root cause investigations.
• Provides maintenance input to major project activities and supports capital projects.
• Performs regular field assessments of equipment.
• Contributes to Root Cause Investigation processes and reliability opportunities.
• Evaluates and prioritizes reliability improvements and cost data.
• Analyses impact of corrective actions on availability and reliability.
