Job summary

ATS in Janesville, WI is seeking a Reliability Engineer with a strong background in RCA, FMEA, and predictive technologies to improve equipment uptime and safety in a heavy industrial setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply vibration and infrared thermography, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma or Lean methods, while ensuring compliance with cGMP/OSHA as applicable.

Salary ranges from $84,732 to $108,365 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering.
• Minimum of one year of reliability experience.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, and reliability tools.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis and infrared thermography.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and throughput.
• Perform RCA, FMEA, and life-cycle costing analyses.
