Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering BS, 3+ years in maintenance/reliability, and experience with CMMS, RCA/RCM, FMEA, and Power BI.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance/reliability in manufacturing.
- CMRP certification preferred.
- Rotating equipment, CNC, robotics, process/utility equipment knowledge.
- Experience with data analysis using CMMS, RCA/RCM and FMEA; able to present data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve PM, PdM, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Collaborate to establish asset criticality rankings for prioritization.
- Implement condition monitoring to support CBM programs.
- Analyze failure data using RCA/FMEA and data tools to drive improvements and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to eliminate bad actors and optimize spare parts.
- Provide technical support for installation, modification, relocation of equipment and maintain documentation.
- Administer CMMS and develop SOPs, maintenance plans, and reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
