Job summary
Amazon is seeking a New Technology Introduction Reliability Engineer for the Global Central Reliability Team in North America. You will lead reliability assessments for new automation and robotics, define standards, perform FMEA and life cycle analysis, and partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable reliability across the network.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field or 5+ years of professional experience.
- 3+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering in manufacturing, logistics or automation.
- 3+ years applying reliability engineering including FMEA, modelling, life cycle analysis.
- Experience developing and implementing maintenance programs for complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability assessments and design reviews for new automation and robotics technologies.
- Define and maintain reliability standards, maintenance strategies and serviceability requirements.
- Conduct FMEA, reliability modelling, and life cycle cost analysis with MTBF, MTTR, availability KPIs.
- Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to represent reliability requirements.
