Job summary
RPMGlobal is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure a proactive, data-driven reliability culture across a multi-site network in Stoughton, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in reliability methods such as RCM and FMEA. The position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and leading improvement initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain equipment criticality rankings and establish reliability governance.
- Lead RCM and FMEA efforts on critical equipment.
- Standardize PM libraries and reliability tools across all sites.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on machine reliability and maintenance strategy.
