Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, or asset performance improvement.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and leading cross-functional initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain equipment criticality rankings across all sites.
• Lead RCM and FMEA efforts on critical equipment.
• Standardize PM libraries and maintenance practices.
• Serve as the network subject matter expert on machine reliability.
• Partner with maintenance teams to improve wrench time and job quality.
• Lead structured root cause analysis for significant downtime events.
• Identify and lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption.
• Integrate reliability with sustainability goals.
