Job summary

Perrigouk is looking for a Reliability Engineer to champion the Total Reliability Management Process in their Eau Claire, Wisconsin facility. The role involves developing asset care strategies, providing technical support for reliability, and leading improvements throughout the organization. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

With a focus on continuous improvement, the position also requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
• Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance troubleshooting and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of the asset care strategy and plan for the site.
• Address problems with the asset care program and implement corrective actions.
• Support the overall condition monitoring activities.
