Precoat Metals Corp. is seeking a results-driven Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering & Maintenance team across fourteen coil coating facilities. You will drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize asset performance using RCA, FMEA, RCM, and PdM techniques.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy manufacturing reliability or maintenance engineering, with CMMS experience and a passion for sustainable, cost-effective operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years reliability/maintenance engineering experience in heavy manufacturing.
• CMMS and reliability methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, Six Sigma; certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RCA and FMEA on critical equipment failures.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PdM).
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, and OEE to drive reliability improvements.
• Assist across multiple plants in spare parts and lubrication programs.
• Lead reliability projects and standardize best practices across sites.
• Train personnel in condition monitoring and reliability-centered maintenance.
