Job summary

ADP is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance strategies at our South Holland, IL facility. The role focuses on reliability improvements, CAPA, and collaborating with maintenance leadership to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

You will analyze failures, oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Certification in reliability engineering or maintenance management preferred.
• 5-7 years manufacturing experience in meat, poultry, or USDA-regulated facility preferred.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operation and equipment to maximize asset life, reliability, and efficiency.
• Conduct failure analysis to eliminate root causes and implement CAPA.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to address potential issues.
• Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to identify abnormalities and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor downtime and drive CAPA initiatives to reduce downtime.
