Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd in the United States is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance function in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. You will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, and support production uptime while upholding food safety, sanitation, reliability and employee safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance personnel in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
Hands-on maintenance leadership with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance while ensuring food-safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technicians.
Manage preventative and reactive maintenance to support production uptime.
Maintain CMMS records and monitor maintenance KPIs for reliability.
Support safety programs, LOTO procedures and GMP compliance.
Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, QA, Food Safety and Engineering.
Address equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
