Job summary

Beyond Meat, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Maintenance & Engineering for its Devault, PA facility. The role leads daily maintenance activities across a high-volume, multi-shift operation, providing technical leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsible for capital projects, equipment reliability, and coordinating with operations to meet KPIs. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 5-8 years of engineering leadership in manufacturing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
5-8 years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
Experience with maintenance management, PLC, AutoCAD, and CMMS is preferred.
Knowledge of GMP and food processing standards is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee site capital projects and maintenance improvements with budgets and schedules.
Support process engineering and equipment layout, specification services, and project analyses for leadership approval.
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety initiatives.
