Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Alabama, a leader in industrial manufacturing, seeks a Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Department supporting engineering and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering, at least five years in maintenance or reliability within an industrial setting, and hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and piping. You will lead RCAs and drive asset reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum five years in maintenance or reliability in industrial manufacturing.
• Hands-on with compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers and piping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify long-term asset issues and threats.
• Analyze data from various sources to justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence.
• Support engineering and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability.
• Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating Procedures.
