Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead asset strategies and drive improvements in asset availability across multiple sites with travel to TN, AL, and TX. This role emphasizes root cause analysis and collaboration with the reliability team to prioritize improvements.

The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in reliability, PE preferred, and CMPR certification preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 5+ years in reliability engineering or related field.
  • PE registration preferred and CMPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert in Reliability.
  • Drive adoption of Maintenance & Reliability Best Practices.
  • Design or modify asset care strategies using RCM/FMEA.
  • Lead equipment failure investigations with root cause analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance to production, maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across sites.
  • Analyze costs/benefits of equipment options to meet reliability goals.
  • Create or update site procedures to align with industry best practices.
