Qualifications

• Strong electro-mechanical knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional communication with Production, Quality, Validation, Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maximize uptime of site-wide utility systems and core process equipment.
• Lead RCA and FMEA to eliminate chronic failures and downtime.
• Track KPIs such as Equipment uptime and PM completion rates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support GMP manufacturing.
