Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a Reliability Technician to support a major US-based life sciences project in Ohio. The role focuses on developing and validating FMEAs for facility and manufacturing systems, using AI-assisted tools and engineering documentation to ensure accurate reliability assessments.

The successful candidate will translate information from P&IDs and drawings into actionable maintenance strategies, covering preventive, predictive, and run-to-failure approaches for

Qualifications

Extensive experience in manufacturing, chemical-processing, utilities or similar industrial plant environments.
Direct experience completing or contributing to equipment FMEAs, maintenance strategies, or reliability assessments.
Proficiency reading P&IDs, equipment drawings or electrical diagrams to understand system relationships.
Practical experience with pumps, electric motors and VFDs, and knowledge of failure modes.

Responsibilities

Complete baseline FMEAs for facility, utility and manufacturing systems.
Use AI-assisted tool to generate initial FMEA content, then validate and refine for accuracy.
Identify credible failure modes, causes, effects and consequences for equipment and systems.
Develop preventive, predictive, condition-based and run-to-failure maintenance recommendations.
