Job summary

ZF Gray Court, SC is seeking an Engineer II - Reliability to drive maintenance data integrity and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with maintenance and production teams, plan PM activities in SAP-PM, and build documentation for reliability reporting.

A Bachelor's in Engineering and 3–4+ years in automotive settings are expected. You will enable proactive maintenance, train users on system requirements, and contribute to a collaborative global team within ZF.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
3-4+ years of relevant experience in automotive industry preferred.
Experience as maintenance skilled trades, technician or supervisor in manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and strong communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Drive reliability improvements with cross functional teams (maintenance, production ops, manufacturing engineering).
Input data entry/PM planning/scheduling from SAP-PM modules; organize and report reliability and PM performance data.
Develop PM documentation and reporting to support government/local requirements.
Support maintenance procedures modifications for continuous improvement.
