Job summary

ASR Group in Maryland is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support the Maintenance & Engineering Department at the refinery, improving equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and service quality.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, direct maintenance projects, update records, optimize SAP Plant Maintenance, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance and health & safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 10 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience leading preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning/scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Improve refinery equipment reliability through preventive maintenance activities.
• Oversee the predictive maintenance program and manage maintenance projects.
• Lead and optimize work planning, parts and budgeting for M&R activities.
• Maintain equipment files, spare parts, and SAP PM data.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and health & safety teams.
