Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a maintenance-focused engineer for a global heavy manufacturing client. The role emphasizes vibration analysis, PMR development, and maintenance program management to maximize equipment availability across critical plant systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of heavy manufacturing experience, strong skills in FFT analysis, FMEA application, and proficiency with SAP, Autocad, Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Experience with FFT analysis of vibration spectra on heavy industrial plants.
• Experience in practical application of FMEA and NDT inspection techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis and condition monitoring.
• Participate in creating preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and BOMs for plant equipment.
• Manage preventative/predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimum equipment availability.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance work order system with coordination between area operations and central maintenance teams.
• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, and statistical review.
