Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer II at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in SC to implement and monitor Condition Based Maintenance programs, develop preventive routines, and lead reliability teams. Position is plant-based with relocation assistance if needed.

You will analyze vibration data, perform root cause analyses, and drive improvements to MTBF and equipment availability while adhering to safety policies and plant standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5-7 years of work experience in heavy manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reliability-based systems and vibration analysis for plant equipment.
• Develop PMRs and BOMs; manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with operations for WOs.
• Drive continuous improvement in MTBF and equipment availability.
• Apply root-cause analysis and FMEA to reduce recurring failures.
