Job summary

Amrize North America seeks a Reliability Engineer I to develop and monitor CBM programs at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina. You will assess equipment health, implement maintenance strategies, and collaborate with operations to improve uptime.

You will analyze vibration data, perform root cause investigations, and lead teams to drive continuous improvements in MTBF and safety. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 0–3 years of heavy manufacturing experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of work experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with reliability programs or maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and monitor CBM programs for plant equipment.
• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance.
• Develop PMRs and BOMs for critical equipment.
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with operations.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
