Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer I to develop, implement and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs for our facilities in North America. You will monitor vibration, preventative maintenance, and other reliability metrics to ensure optimal equipment availability.

The role involves leading reliability initiatives, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement in MTBF while adhering to safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Field of study preferred: Mechanical Engineering.
Required work experience: 0-3 years. Experience in heavy manufacturing environment is heavily preferred.
Required training/certifications: (none specified).
Required technical skills: SAP, Autocad, Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.).

Responsibilities

Monitor reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance and vibration analysis.
Create preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and BOMs for plant equipment.
Manage preventative/predictive maintenance programs (Inspection, Vibration, Oil Analysis, NDT, thermography) to ensure optimum equipment availability.
Lead the reliability team and plant area teams in alignment with company values.
Support continuous improvement to increase equipment MTBF.
