RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides technical assistance/troubleshooting assistance in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems for all rotating and/or fixed equipment located within all assigned area teams; contacts internal and external experts as required.
  • Utilizes reliability tools such as reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve reliability of rotating and/or fixed equipment systems.
  • Writes Project Request Forms (PRFs) for reliability improvement projects, equipment upgrades, etc. Including financial justification (life cycle cost analysis) and assists in Decision Support Package (DSP) development.
  • Champions Management of Change (MOC) as appropriate for the work scope.
  • Helps establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits.
  • Ensures equipment repairs meet or exceed Original Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
