Job summary

Guardian Glass in Kingsburg, CA seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead RCA/RCFA activities, drive continuous improvement, and act as the SME for reliability on site. You will guide predictive maintenance initiatives and optimize maintenance programs to boost asset reliability and production capacity.

You will work with cross-functional teams, use CMMS data, and apply RC/M techniques to prevent repetitive failures, support maintenance, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness on glass

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field.
• 3+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance and reliability.
• Experience facilitating RCA and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA/RCFA to develop and implement reliability improvements.
• Monitor asset reliability and eliminate bad actors and recurring failures.
• Manage reliability data (OEE, failure codes, BOMs, technical library).
• Provide feedback to training and improve CMMS work practices.
• Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance plans for existing and new equipment.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and technical maintenance guidance.
• Identify and implement projects to improve asset and facility reliability.
