Job summary

Carlex Glass America, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Engineering professional to lead root cause analysis, develop reliability methods, and supervise preventive maintenance programs. The role focuses on improving equipment uptime, productivity, and product quality within a safety-driven manufacturing environment.

You will monitor downtime trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement through hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration with HVAC,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an engineering/technical field
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or similar technical field required

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis of failures and drive corrective actions
• Develop methods to assess reliability of components and equipment
• Monitor PM programs and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership to maintain a proactive maintenance service department
• Use downtime data to identify trends and address issues
• Design and implement equipment changes to improve yield and efficiency
• Attend daily meetings to support productivity goals
