Saalex Corp. in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support FRACAS processes, perform RCA investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure.

The role requires at least 7 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and an active Secret clearance with on-site work. You will develop reliability documentation and coordinate with engineering teams for program reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in reliability engineering.
• Experience supporting FRACAS and reliability improvement.
• Experience reviewing and resolving trouble/failure reports; leading investigations and closure.

Responsibilities

• Administer FRACAS process.
• Review, evaluate, disposition, and resolve trouble/failure reports.
• Lead investigations and perform structured RCA.
• Develop corrective action plans and track actions to closure.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions and document results.
• Coordinate with peers and engineering teams on reliability activities.
