Job summary

Arconic Corporation in Alcoa, TN, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join Tennessee Operations. You will drive reliability initiatives, develop maintenance plans, and lead RCA investigations to improve equipment performance across the plant and corporate groups.

The role requires a BS in Reliability/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and US work authorization. Relocation assistance is available, and travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reliability Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing experience within Maintenance, Engineering, or Reliability functions.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in reliability initiatives across plant and corporate groups.
• Develop and implement reliability systems, including maintenance planning and CBM concepts.
• Lead RCA investigations and deliver data-driven reports to leadership.
