Job summary

Arconic is seeking an Engineer to join our Tennessee Operations in Alcoa, TN. You will own components of electrical, mechanical and quality systems to support production goals and ensure safety and performance of equipment.

Relocation is available; Onsite full time; you will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team and drive improvements across projects from concept to closeout, delivering reliable and compliant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field (mechanical, electrical, chemical or relevant).
• 1 internship OR 1 year of experience in Engineering field.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-disciplinary problem-solving with engineering, maintenance and production teams.
• Oversee all phases of engineering projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop solutions to improve process reliability and equipment performance.
