Qualifications

- Strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Experience with CMMS and EAM software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
- Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability improvement projects.
- Specify and evaluate new equipment for reliability and maintainability.
- Develop and track key reliability metrics and KPIs.
- Provide technical expertise and training on reliability best practices.
