Job summary

Innospec Inc. Reliability Engineer position to improve asset reliability, availability, and maintainability across plant operations. You will analyze performance, lead RCA, and develop improvement plans that reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.

Collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and EHS teams, you will optimize PM/PdM strategies, apply RCM principles, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Strong data skills and experience with CMMS/EAM are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, reliability engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a reliability, maintenance, or engineering role in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance, downtime data to identify root causes of equipment failure.
• Lead RCA investigations for repeat, high‑impact, or safety‑critical failures.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to reduce unplanned outages and maintenance costs.
• Support asset lifecycle management, including equipment criticality assessments and obsolescence planning.
• Review, develop, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate asset performance and improvement progress.
