Job summary

LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (LSPI) seeks a Reliability Engineer to optimize equipment performance across plant sites by partnering with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams.

You will troubleshoot issues, improve maintenance strategies, and support reliability-focused turnarounds and capital projects. You will apply root cause analysis, FMEA, and vibration analysis to reduce downtime and extend asset life, while ensuring safety and compliance with site standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering in manufacturing or process industries.
• Experience with root cause analysis, FMEA, and reliability tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots equipment issues and recommends corrective actions.
• Investigates failures and reliability concerns to prevent repeats.
• Supports preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability improvements.
