Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment performance and maintenance across its manufacturing network in Louisville. You will collaborate with Maintenance teams and other departments to drive line acceleration, improve efficiency, and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Responsibilities include leading maintenance initiatives, expanding CMMS usage, and monitoring KPIs to identify improvements in safety, quality, and cost. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of TPM and RCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance-related initiatives across the manufacturing network to improve equipment, reliability and operational performance.
• Partner with network Maintenance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve equipment/process issues, develop standards, and support assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, increased MTBF and OEE.
• Maintain and expand the use of CMMS software across locations, including adding new facilities.
• Monitor network performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
