Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Plant Engineer and Network Reliability Manager to lead engineering, reliability, maintenance, and safety initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role combines hands-on plant leadership with network-level reliability strategy to improve equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, safety, compliance, and operating costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering, reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and manage budgets/timelines across complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong computer and technology skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to effectively utilize business and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant engineering, reliability, and maintenance strategies across Sazerac manufacturing operations.
• Develop and audit comprehensive safety management systems, including department-specific safety programs, training initiatives, safety rules, equipment inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Lead network-level reliability and engineering projects across multiple manufacturing locations, managing priorities, resources, timelines, budgets, and implementation.
• Partner with leaders and team members to strengthen performance management, team development, accountability, and Sazerac culture through feedback, performance development systems, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead and support infrastructure and Capex projects at manufacturing facilities while identifying opportunities to reduce operating expenses, improve reliability, and move the organization toward zero recordable accidents.
