Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering team in Louisville. You will lead maintenance initiatives across our manufacturing network to improve equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), partnering with maintenance and operations to drive line acceleration and safer, more reliable production.

Key responsibilities include expanding CMMS usage across sites, analyzing KPIs, and implementing TPM and RCA-based

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Strong understanding of TPM principles and RCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance-related initiatives across the manufacturing network to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
Partner with network Maintenance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve equipment/process issues, develop standards, and support assessments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, increased MTBF and OEE.
Maintain and expand the use of CMMS software across manufacturing locations, including adding new facilities to the system.
Monitor network performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve maintenance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
