Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks a proactive Reliability Engineer to strengthen asset performance within an Integrated Facilities Management environment.

This mid-level role applies data analytics, Lean and Six Sigma to reliability, failure analysis, and maintenance optimization. You will work with site operations and maintenance teams to assess asset health, analyze performance data, and drive improvements that reduce downtime and improve facility operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 5–7 years reliability/industrial engineering experience.
• 5+ years applying Lean/Six Sigma in facilities or manufacturing.
• CMMS experience required, Corrigo preferred.
• Valid driver's license; travel to Canada preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred; Green Belt possible within 12 months.
• Fluent English with strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficient Excel with macros and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key reliability KPIs using asset data, downtime history, and work orders.
• Lead reliability initiatives to improve uptime and reduce reactive maintenance.
• Support audits and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Assist in failure mode analyses and asset criticality assessments.
• Support capital planning with data-driven asset insights.
