Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a detail-oriented Reliability Specialist to improve maintenance effectiveness and asset reliability across operations. You will analyze KPIs, leverage data storytelling, and drive Lean Six Sigma-based improvement projects with account teams and site leadership.

Washington-based teams collaborate to optimize preventive maintenance, improve data quality, and strengthen asset performance, with travel and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 2–5 years reliability/industrial experience.
• 2+ years in CI/Lean Six Sigma, reliability, maintenance, or data analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, or trend reports.
• CMMS experience required; Corrigo preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to Canada may be needed.
• Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze reliability KPIs to identify performance gaps and risks.
• Translate data into dashboards and actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma-driven problem solving to improve maintenance processes.
• Improve PM programs, asset data quality, and data accuracy across sites.
• Support continuous improvement in maintenance execution and work management.
• Collaborate with account teams and CI&R stakeholders on reliability initiatives.
