Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a maintenance, reliability, or project engineer in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NFPA-NEC and NETA.
• Experience with equipment condition monitoring techniques such as infrared thermography and oil analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset reliability and optimize maintenance strategies.
• Develop and implement the site’s Reliability Improvement Plan.
