Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute environmental stress tests, lifecycle testing under temperature, humidity, thermal cycling and other conditions.
• Conduct shock, vibration, transportation, and structural stress testing to identify weaknesses.
• Perform root-cause analysis of failures through test data review, inspection, and material evaluation.
• Evaluate fastener torque retention and mechanical wear to identify degradation risks.
• Analyze reliability data and verify ECOs to ensure design changes address issues.
