Amcor LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer for an on-site role in Pennsylvania. This position involves technical support to the Thermoforming Operations and Maintenance departments, focusing on machine performance, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance technologies.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, 3-5 years of experience, and a strong analytical problem-solving ability along with proficiency in predictive maintenance tools. The role expects continual improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance strategies.
The Reliability Engineer position is a technical support & engineering role designed to provide on-site technical expertise to the Thermoforming Operations and Maintenance departments. Through collaboration with Production and Maintenance, a Reliability Engineer will identify and analyze machine performance data, lead root cause analyses, and implement predictive maintenance technologies to improve our machine reliability. This position will be responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, optimizing maintenance strategies as well as processes, and driving continuous improvement.
Work Environment: This is an on-site role in a manufacturing setting with a strong hands-on component.
