Support development and execution of reliability test plans by following JEDEC/AEC/MIL test standards.
Assist with electrical characterization and stress testing of semiconductor devices.
Track, analyze, and report the reliability test results.
Develop scripts and tools for processing reliability data and generating reports using MATLAB, Python, JMP, or similar software.
Support failure analysis activities and documentation.
