Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Strong RCA and data analysis skills.
• Experience with PM and PdM programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance history.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic and critical equipment failures.
• Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment.
• Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies.
• Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects.
