Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Reliability Engineer for our Rochester, NY site. This onsite role focuses on improving TEEP and OEE through data-driven reliability strategies and RCFA investigations.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to drive corrective actions and strengthen mechanical integrity and safety programs. You will manage preventive maintenance programs, optimize maintenance strategies, and partner on project work to design for

Qualifications

  • Experience applying RCFA investigations to drive corrective actions.
  • Experience with Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) and maintenance strategy improvements.
  • Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and predictive maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site reliability initiatives to improve Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Analyze equipment performance and reliability data to identify recurring failures and improve asset reliability.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs, including PMO assessments and maintenance strategy improvements.
