Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Technician to support our facilities operations in Orlando, Florida. You will execute route-based data collection using vibration, infrared, ultrasonic techniques, and hand off all analysis work to the Reliability Engineer.

This role does not perform fault diagnosis or recommendations. Key responsibilities include route execution, data management, and handoff to engineers after data collection, along with equipment care

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance, facilities, industrial, mechanical, or related technical experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, equipment manuals, and work instructions.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet MVR requirements.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Execute predictive maintenance routes per schedule.
Collect vibration data at defined points.
Perform infrared thermography surveys on designated equipment.
Conduct ultrasonic airborne leak surveys.
Perform ultrasonic lubrication activities and log results.
Update spreadsheets with dates, readings, equipment status.
