  • Use Data to Win: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Optimize Performance: Work closely with operations to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Control Costs: Contribute to maintenance budgeting and ensure resources are used effectively.
What You Bring
  • A high school diploma plus technical training, a 2‑year engineering/technical degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in skilled trades, frontline supervision, or maintenance project management.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance expertise, including:
    • PLCs and VFDs
    • Mechanical power transmission
    • Hydraulics and pneumatics
    • Gas systems
  • Experience with CMMS and TPM programs.

  • A self‑driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Why Join Us?
